The firm was founded by Kate Reese and is strategically led by Paul Reese. Kate oversees the day-to-day running of the practice and client delivery. Paul remains closely involved at a strategic level and on complex or high-risk matters.

We act for lenders nationally, bringing more than a decade of private lending industry experience across loan assessment, documentation, enforcement and recovery. Clients work with a senior-led team and have direct access to specialised advice when it matters.
